At present, juvenile delinquency shows the characteristics of diversification and youngerage trend, and how to use professional and individualized means to save juvenile delinquency has become a problem that needs to be considered by all sectors of society. The intervention of social work in the field of justice is an important way to achieve diversified education and help, which has injected new strength into the correction of juvenile delinquency. This paper, using professional social work method, regarding a suspected stir-up-trouble crime of young men as the research object under the perspective of social constructivism, applies narrative therapy intervention model, and adheres to the intervention concept of "man is not a problem, the problem is the problem",in order to help the object get rid of the old narrative inhibition and control, continuously explore exceptional case and side story of life, and guide the object to examine itself story from different perspectives to have a positive belief and motivate change, through the externalization and deconstruction to the mainstream narration of the intervention object. At the same time,it helps the object develop and strengthen new stories, build a new image of young people who are responsible and dare to take responsibilities, constantly consolidate and strengthen the new image, generate continuity and persistence, and finally get rid of the attack action mode in the interpretation of the new image, and achieve the original intervention goal.Through the analysis of the conclusion, the author draws the following conclusions: Firstly, the aggressive behavior of the intervention object comes from the long-term negative evaluation and failure experience, and the deconstruction of the mainstream old narrative can help the object change the cognitive style.Secondly,by exploring side stories, the hidden positive forces of the intervention object can be stimulated and self-efficacy can be improved. Finally,by building a new image and making the intervention object behave differently from the past way, aggression can be effectively reduced. Therefore, narrative therapy intervention model is effective in reducing the aggressive behavior of young people involved in crimes. This study applies narrative therapy to the judicial field, which is an expansion of the application field of narrative therapy and an enrichment of the corrective measures for the aggressive behavior of juvenile delinquent. For juvenile delinquent groups, narrative therapy is conducive to improving their social adaptability, enhancing their sense of social belonging, improving their self-efficacy and reducing the risk of reoffending, thus laying a good foundation for their future return to the society.
