Research And Application Of Capability-based Test Design Method

As informationized warfare becomes the main form of modern warfare,how to carry out equipment tests in accordance with the informationized weaponry equipment system has become an urgent issue.The Harbin Institute of Technology joint test team has developed an H-JTP platform that can be used to carry out joint tests,but the platform is currently only able to build test systems and perform joint tests,lacking theoretical guidance on the test process,especially how to plan the test before the test.In order to solve the above problems,this paper conducts research on the capability-driven test design method,and proposes a capabilitybased test design method.With the capability of the equipment/system as the core,the combat scenario,evaluation strategy and test system are built around the capability.Finally Generate test plan to guide the operation and evaluation of the test,so as to provide methodological level test design planning guidance for the HJTP platform.First of all,this article studies the capability-based test design method.Based on the test model of our army,it analyzes the information content of the test program and test plan,and proposes a general framework for capability test.The process is based on the ability list to formulate JOC-T and evaluation strategy,the conversion of JOC-T into a logical shooting range and the generation of test plans based on test scenarios to elaborate,detailing the specific processes in each step and the treatment of information.Based on the capability list,the establishment of JOC-T and evaluation strategy centered on the capability of equipment/system,constructed the operational background and evaluation strategy of the test,and generated the test design document that can be used as the test outline;If you want to generate a test plan,based on the test plan information required by the H-JTP platform,a test plan file including order release information,data collection plan information,and experimental design information is generated.Then,based on the research of capability-based experimental design method,this article uses object-oriented development method and uses UML modeling language to conduct requirement analysis,structural model design and interface design for capability-based experimental design software,and writes the software Code,and unit testing,the test results show that the software meets the software functional requirements.Finally,based on the software development achievements,this paper designs the "Distance Reconnaissance Strike and Anti-missile Interception Test",develops corresponding test resources,and verifies the application of the software.After verification,the software achieves the expected results,and generates test design documents and test plan files.So far,the ability-based test design method has completed the transformation from the methodological level to the practical application,which proves the rationality of the ability-based test design method and the correctness of the ability-based test design software development.
