Research On The Willingness Of Retirees From Harbin Institute Of Technology To Take Old Age And The Way Of Taking Old Age

Retirees in colleges and universities are a relatively centralized group,showing such groups' features as large-scale personnel,high economic income,high empty nest rate,relatively centralized distribution and certain organizational security.After retirement,due to the tremendous changes in life circle,as life content,lifestyle and so on,some people can not adapt to this dramatic change quickly,so there is a sense of security loss.At the same time,with the change of social role,the decline of professional role,the decline of power influence,the loss of the original social status,the key point of life has become family trifles,the sudden decrease of extensive social ties and the neglect of care of offspring who are busy with their own work and small families.Although the Party and the state give more and more care to these special groups,there are still many problems need to be solved urgently,such as specific life,physical health,emotional needs and so on.Based on this,taking Harbin Institute of Technology as an example,the pension of retirees is mainly based on family pension,and the combination of school assistance pension.This paper investigates the living conditions of the retirees in Harbin Institute of Technology by means of questionnaires.SPSS is used to do statistics analysis.Through the investigation of the willingness and mode of providing for the aged,it is found that the integration and coordination of university resources are not in place,the way of providing for the aged service is single,and the socialized service for the aged is slow;In terms of family pension,relying on children to take care of this traditional family pension can not be maintained;In the aspect of community care for the aged,government departments should fulfill the responsibilities of guidance,supervision and financial support,college retirees are indifferent to the concept of community care for the aged,and lack of professional community care service team.Based on the theoretical and practical investigation,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: to give full play to the management efficiency of government policies in the work of providing for the aged in colleges and ?universities,to improve the relevant laws and regulations of providing for theaged in colleges and universities,and to encourage social forces to participate actively in the industry of providing for the aged in colleges and universities;Further improve the way of home-based pension for retirees in colleges and universities,strengthen the capacity-building of family pension for retirees,and establish a special pension fund for families with difficulties;To promote the way of community pension for retirees in Harbin University of Technology,to expand the diversification of community pension for retirees in colleges and universities,and to enhance the professional level of community pension service team;To explore and establish the way of institutional pension for retirees in Harbin University of Technology actively,to strengthen the construction of social pension institutions,and to establish a high-end institutional pension service model;We should strengthen the construction of pension security system in colleges and universities,to enhance the financial investment in pension and the construction of pension hardware facilities in colleges and universities actively,and to build a new professional pension model for retirees in colleges and universities,so as to promote colleges and universities to better cope with the impact of the aging society and sustainable development.
