This article studies the opinions of the elderly aged 50 and above in Hefei on the“remote elderly care” as a new type of elderly care.The development of elderly care in other places is relatively mature in foreign countries,but the development in China is relatively slow due to the influence of traditional concepts.Relocation for the elderly means that the elderly leave their original place of residence and move to other places to provide for the elderly.The characteristics of the migration of the elderly population are diverse,and the characteristics of the relocation of the elderly are that the function of providing for the elderly is attached to the migration process.The purpose of the article investigation is to understand the willingness of the elderly to provide for the elderly in different places in Hefei and the influencing factors,and to provide a reference for improving the remote elderly care service system and optimizing the allocation of resources for the elderly.Based on recent years of domestic and foreign experts and scholars' research on issues related to elderly care in different places,this article uses elderly people aged 50 and above as the survey object to investigate the willingness of elderly elderly in Hefei to provide for elderly care in different places,using empirical research methods and reading a large number of literatures.,Designed a questionnaire on the willingness of the elderly to choose the elderly care in different places,and conducted a questionnaire survey on 347 elderly people;using the Anderson model as the theoretical analysis framework,put forward the assumptions about the preference factors,enabling factors and demand factors on the choice of the elderly care model in different places,and then proceeded Verification;Descriptive statistical methods are used to describe the basic situation of the elderly,single factor analysis is used to conduct a preliminary analysis of the factors affecting the willingness of the elderly to provide for the elderly in different places,and the binary logistic regression analysis is used to analyze the factors affecting the willingness of the elderly to provide for the elderly in Hefei further analysis.The research results show that there is a potential market for the remote pension model.Among the inclination factors,the age and education level of the elderly have a significant impact on whether they will choose to carry out the remote pension.That is,the younger and highly educated elderly have a high willingness to provide for the elderly in other places;Among the energy factors,variables such as monthly income,medical insurance status,number of children and relationship with children have a significant impact on the elder in other places,while pension insurance,type of residence and frequency of social activities have no significant impact on the willingness of elderly to provide for the elderly.The higher the immediate monthly income,the higher the willingness of the elderly to provide for the elderly in other places,the higher the willingness of the elderly who participate in medical insurance to choose the elderly for the elderly,the higher the willingness of the elderly with many children to provide for the elderly,and the more inclined to the elderly with ordinary or poor relationship with their children For the choice of elderly care in a remote place;among the demand factors,physical health,life satisfaction,and the presence or absence of chronic diseases have a significant impact on the elderly's willingness to provide for elderly care in a different place.That is,the elderly who are unhealthy are more inclined to choose the elderly care in a different place and are satisfied with life.The higher the degree,the higher the willingness of the elderly to provide for the elderly in other places,and the higher the possibility that the elderly with chronic diseases will choose to provide for the elderly in other places compared with the elderly without chronic diseases.Therefore,it is proposed that the government should improve the construction of the remote elderly care network information platform to provide reliable information about the elderly care in different places;speed up the overall planning of medical insurance,especially optimizing the outpatient reimbursement methods;link local elderly care policies to accelerate the adaptability of elderly elderly care in different places;secondly,as a remote elderly care relocation The cities that enter the area should actively develop a model of combining medical care and elderly care,improve the elderly care service system,so that the elderly can easily enjoy life care,nursing,physical examination,diagnosis and treatment,rehabilitation and other medical care services to meet the elderly's life,medical and spiritual needs,and attract The elderly move in.In this way,the pressure on elderly care in big cities will be relieved,and the development of the aging health industry in the places of migration will be promoted.
