Research On The Social Risk Of The Government's "Cloud Governance" Model

With the rapid development of the Internet,technology has affected all aspects of people's lives.The data technology revolution triggered by technology has not only changed people's lives,but also affected government governance models."Cloud and Smart" has expanded the depth and breadth of government governance,brought a new sense of proposition to government governance,and is based on the fact that China is in a transition period.The modernization of national governance system and governance capabilities is imperative.Governments at all levels have attached great importance to the construction of "service-type","smart-type" and "intelligence-type" governance systems,Under this background,the government "cloud governance" mode emerges as the Times require.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of the government's "cloud governance" model from the perspective of social risks,and studies the social risks existing in the governance process,so as to propose countermeasures for the government's "cloud governance" model to effectively deal with risks.Firstly,the development background of the government's "cloud governance" model at home and abroad is introduced.The necessity of studying the government's "cloud governance" model from the perspective of a risk society is explained by combing the literature of previous studies at home and abroad.Theoretical and practical significance and possible innovations.Secondly,it makes a theoretical analysis of the government's "cloud governance" model,explaining the government's "cloud governance" model from three aspects,including its connotation,characteristics and structure.Thirdly,the possible risks of the government's "cloud governance" model are discussed in detail from three aspects: governance subject,object,and process.Finally,combined with the government's "cloud governance" model risks mentioned above,put forward countermeasures to prevent them and avoid them.The analysis provides practical experience support for the government's "cloud governance" construction,which is helpful to improve our government's "cloud governance" construction capability and better adapt to and lead the development of the times.
