Research On The Aged Care Service Of Public Pension Agencies In A City Of Xinjiang

Population aging is a serious social problem facing our region at present.According to statistics,at the end of 2017,26655,500 people aged 60 years and over accounted for 11.27% of the total population.Compared with 2016,the number of population has decreased,and the proportion of aging has decreased by 0.3%.Among them,1.445 million people aged 60-69,accounting for 54.22% of the elderly population;89.11 million people aged 70-79,accounting for 33.34% of the elderly population;289.4 million people aged 80-89,accounting for 10.86% of the elderly population;38.6 million people aged 90-99,accounting for 1.45% of the elderly population;0.11 million people aged over 100,accounting for 0.04% of the elderly population in all age groups and the elderly population.With the further deepening of population aging,the future development achievements in Xinjiang will surely have a far-reaching,sustained and tremendous impact on society,economy,culture and other aspects.According to the forecast,by 2040,the elderly population in Xinjiang will account for one quarter of the total population;by 2050,one third;by 2050,Xinjiang will become one of the areas with severe aging.Xinjiang has entered an aging society since 2010.Population aging mainly involves the income,pension,spiritual consolation,medical treatment,health care and nursing of the elderly after retirement.However,at present,most of the public pension institutions in Xinjiang have not built complete pension service facilities for the elderly,and the elderly's life care and spiritual comfort can not be effectively guaranteed.Therefore,the public pension institutions in our region need to strengthen the improvement of pension service facilities to improve the quality of pension service and quality of life for the elderly.China's traditional pension model is home-based pension,but in recent years,some elderly people with advanced ideas have chosen to live in pension institutions to enjoy their old age.As a way of providing for the aged,public pension institutions have gradually occupied an important position.At present,there are still some deficiencies in the level,facilities and services of public pension institutions in Xinjiang,which cannot meet the high-level needs of medical services and spiritual comfort for the elderly.By introducing the theory of social support and taking the public pension institutions in a city of Xinjiang as an example,this paper investigates the pension services of the public pension institutions in a city of Xinjiang,with a view toexploring the problems existing in the pension services of the public pension institutions in a city at present,establishing a third-party evaluation mechanism to promote the effective management of the public pension institutions in a city of Xinjiang,and improving the public services in a city of Xinjiang.The development mode of diversified service needs for the elderly in pension institutions is explored,and the quality of service for the elderly in public pension institutions in a city is optimized.
