Research On Problems Of Pension Service In Jilin Province

According to aging society standards proposed by United Nations, the population of the country or area is at the stage of aging society when the elderly population aged 65 and above accounted for 7% of the total population. In 2003, the proportion of elderly population in Jilin Province exceeded from 7% to 7.05%, which indicates that the population in Jilin Province has entered into the aging society. Now we are facing the silvering tide, changes in family structure, weakening family pension system, serious situation of pension service in Jilin Province, and during the “Six P”, the social support ratio has reached 11.41%. Under this situation, the government and scholars began to explore pension service socialized development, promote the establishment of social old-age service system, strive to achieve professional and professional care services, improve the modern pension service system.From policy development history, pension service demand, the supply of pension services, combining related survey data, the thesis is based on the pension services, pension services social connotation and summarize the current status of specific pension service in Jilin Province; at the same time, from comprehensive analysis of the current status quo, service the problems and causes of problems are described and studied.Studies have shown that in the face of the current slow social and economic development and the aging population increasingly reality, the implementation of government regulation is not sufficient; the elderly population pension needs are not met; pension service policy from quantity and quality of supply needs improvement.The thesis is divided into five parts to elaborate the pension problems in Jilin Province. Chapter 1 points out the research background, significance, literature review, research content and methods, the pension service related concepts; the second chapter combines the survey data with pension requirements to describe and analyze the status of Jilin pension service; Chapter 3 describes the existing problems of the social care service in the development of pension social development; meanwhile, combines with the government, pension institutions, social forces, elderly groups to analyze; the fourth Chapter proposed problem-oriented solutions, the feasibility of targeted pension service socialization problems in Jilin Province; the last part is the conclusion which presented the social care service developing Plan of Jilin Province.
