Research On The Weakening Of Peasant Subject In Jilin Province's Rural Vitalization Strategy

The strategy for rural vitalization has been implemented in Jilin province for two years,it has got good grades in many aspects such as targeted poverty alleviation,high and steady production of crop,industry promotion,increasing the income of peasants and so on.The praxis has already proved that the strategy for rural vitalization is the key to solve the main contradiction of the imbalanced and inadequate development between rural and urban areas in Jilin province.It is like a big game of chess,and we must adhere to the path of strategy for rural vitalization with Jilin characteristics in order to play this chess excellently.With the deep implementation of the strategy for rural vitalization,many contradictions and issues which are unavoidable gradually came out,the most obvious one of these is the contradiction between the weakening of the Peasant Subject and the vitalization of rural.The main representation is :the Subject Vacancy of the rural vitalization practice due to the higher and higher speed of losing,the reduce of the left,the descend of quality and the unbalanced structure of the Peasant Subject and some other reasons that could not meet the demand of the Jilin province's strategy for rural vitalization.Hence this thesis offered proposals and suggestions about the innovative development of Peasants Subject Team by analyzing the current situation of the weakening of Peasant Subject and the reason of it on the root position,people-centered thought.This thesis base on the concept of Thesis writing on the ground,made an in-depth examination and research of Xibada hamlet and Qinye hamlet for a year.Besides,this thesis made the plan of Vitalization of rural industry for each hamlet,getting most villagers' approval.This thesis was participated in the third academic forum of China agricultural university,and was added in the collection of the forum.This thesis is mainly divided into four parts: The first part,through the analysis of contridiction in Jilin province?s rural vitalization strategy,put forward the issue of the weakening of Peasant Subject of the Jilin province.The second part,interprets the concepts and the theoretical basis of the research in this thesis.The four part,to give some proposals and suggestions about how to develop the Subject in strategy for rural vitalization practice of Jilinprovince,targeting on the current situation of the weakening of Peasant Subject of Jilin province,...
