Research On Old-age Pension Mode During Urbanization

The rapid development of urbanization has led to a serious imbalance in the supply of pensions.Regions in different stages of urbanization have different statuses of pension models,and their needs for pensions are also different.There are mainly four types of pension modes: self-care,family care,community care,and institutional care.Starting from Maslow's demand theory and urbanization stage theory,this paper finds out the logic and influencing factors of the changes of pension model in the process of urbanization based on the previous research results,and constructs an index system to conduct an empirical investigation on four typical areas in different stages,to explore the internal corresponding relationship between pension models in the process of urbanization,so as to provide a reference for the current pension model in the context of urbanization Development provides a new idea.First of all,it finds the basis for the change of the pension model in theory,and then demonstrates it empirically.Four typical cities in different stages,Dezhou,Shaoxing,Suzhou,and Xiqing District of Tianjin,were selected for empirical research.Questionnaires were used to conduct an analysis of the status of the old-age care in the four places and the reasons for their formation.Correspondence between urbanization development and pension mode,the lower the urbanization rate,the more unbalanced the development of the pension industry,the more imperfect the pension industry,the more people need it,and the higher the urbanization rate,the better the development of the pension industry.Multiple modes coexist reasonably,and people can experience happiness more in life.The old-age care model should conform to the trend of urbanization development.The government,institutions,and families participate together to provide theoretical support and development suggestions for the old-age care model.There are also different development strategies for old-age care in different urbanization areas,so that long-term care can benefit the people of the country.Rapidly urbanized areas should seize development opportunities and improve the professional level of the community.Urbanization and stable development areas should gather social forces to make up for the lack of family support.Development areas in the later stages of urbanization should improve supporting facilities to support the development of professional institutions.Urbanization mature and stable areas should enrich the connotation of old-age care and inject spiritual and cultural ideas.Figure 17;Table 24;Reference 63...
