Research On The Operation And Development Of Non-profit Organizations Under The Background Of "Internet+" As An Example

Public welfare organizations play an important role of collaborators and coordinators in public services and social governance.At present,despite the rapid development of China's public welfare organizations,overall,they are still at a low level of development.Low organizational management efficiency,severe brain drain,lack of funding sources,single project content during project operation,passive resource mobilization,insufficient communication with clients and insufficient credibility,etc.,are the common dilemmas facing public welfare organizations in China.In China,the popularity and development of the Internet has penetrated into all aspects of politics,economy and society.On September 3,2018,the Ministry of Civil Affairs issued the "Internet + Social Organization(Social Work,Volunteer Service)" Action Plan(2018-2020)Notice,encouraging social organizations to follow the trend,and actively embracing the Internet,Internet technology and thinking The advantages provide new opportunities and channels for solving the common problems of non-profit organizations.This article takes Hangzhou Y Public Service Center,a non-profit organization actively embracing the Internet,as the research object,and examines the development of public welfare organizations from six aspects: organization management,human resources,Internet financing,project operation,publicity and supervision,and public welfare data platform.Which problems can be mitigated by using the Internet,and which cannot be resolved,and then analyze the reasons why the problems are still not resolved,and finally put forward related suggestions for these problems in order to promote the better operation and development of non-profit organizations.Through research,the author believes that the Internet can to some extent alleviate the problems of low efficiency and high cost of internal management of non-profit organizations,single funding channels,passive resource mobilization,and insufficient communication with clients,but it cannot completely solve the lack of unified internal management standards and funding effectiveness.Small,low project service quality,serious homogeneous competition,loss of human resources,and lack of credibility.The Internet is not a panacea.The methods that can be used to solve the problems of non-profit organizations should be promoted vigorously.The problems that cannot be solved should be jointly promoted by the government,non-profitorganizations,Internet companies and other parties to jointly create a good operating and development environment for non-profit organizations.
