Research On Service Provider Selection For Community Home-based Pension

With the aging of the population and the family becoming more and more small,the defects of the traditional family pension model become more and more prominent.As a new type of old-age service mode that can take into account both social and family forces,the community home-based old-age service mode has become one of the important ways to solve the current social old-age problems.However,when the government or the community and other demanders introduce the community home-based elderly care service,there are also problems such as large service order accumulation and insufficient service ability of service providers,resulting in low satisfaction of the elderly in the community.In order to effectively solve these problems,we need to strictly check the choice of community home-based pension service provider,which is the source of community home-based pension service.Therefore,it is very important to evaluate the community home-based pension service providers.Firstly,this dissertation expounds the research background and significance,analyzes the research status in related fields in detail,summarizes and analyzes the relevant research results,and defines and briefly introduces the basic concepts and theories involved in this dissertation.Secondly,using NVivo software to analyze 214 documents in the field of community home-based elderly care service demand retrieved from China National Knowledge Internet,statistics and summarizes the existing community home-based elderly care service demand profiles,and further through the production of questionnaires,the elderly in the community were investigated,a total of 270 questionnaires were issued,224 effective questionnaires,and the results were analyzed in depth.Combined with the results of literature analysis and questionnaire survey,this dissertation constructs the community home-based elderly care service demand system from three dimensions of life service,medical service and psychological service,and takes it as the primary selection basis for community home-based elderly care service providers.Then,from the basic ability level and service ability level of community home-based elderly care service provider,the evaluation index system of community home-based elderly care service provider is constructed from five dimensions of price competitiveness,performance ability,operation ability,service professionalism and service quality,and the weight of each evaluation index is determined by AHP and entropy weight method.Then,it constructs the evaluation cloud model of communityhome-based elderly care service providers,and takes TY community as an example,describes the evaluation and selection process of three health care service providers in the market based on the index system and evaluation model established in this dissertation in detail,and verifies the feasibility of the evaluation index system and evaluation model established in this dissertation through the case.In the end,the dissertation summarizes this dissertation and puts forward the prospect of future research on community home-based elderly care service providers.
