Study On The Community Home Care Services Model In Guangzhou

At present,the global aging problem is becoming increasingly serious,there have been 72 countries and regions in the aging society,China also entered the aging society in 1999.Compared with foreign countries,China has a larger population,the population grows faster,and the people are old before rich,so the problem of providing for the aged appears more outstanding in China.As the Chinese government promotes the development of providing for the aged and has promulgated a number of policies and regulations related to the aged,the pension industry also has been developed.In recent years,under the family planning policy and the change of the traditional concept,the "4-2-1" family and Empty-nest family become more and more,the traditional family model encounters great challenge.Owing to the cost of institutional pension is high and the traditional concept of family pension does not match,the development of institution endowment is seriously hindered.In this case,the home care community is rising and many property service companies also begin to explore the community home care services.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the pattern of the community home care services for the aged.In this paper,based on the results of previous studies,first introduced the present situation,the trend of the aging of our population,the model of pension service and the present situation of property service company to participate in community home care.It is pointed that the community home care is a new way to solve the aging problem in China,and the necessity of building the service model of the community home care.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey and interviews to study on the demand for elderly home care service,input survey data,and analyze the data by professional analysis software,analyze its deep reason on the basis of interview content and literature data.Finally,drawing lessons from the practical experience of foreign community home care services and referring to the domestic property service company to participate in the community home care services,establish the community home care management model.
