A Study On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Private Enterprises’ Joint Anti-corruption

Corruption in private enterprises is an important manifestation of corruption in the private sector,but it has not received much attention from the state for a long time.In recent years,with the continuous enhancement of the economic benefits of private enterprises,corruption has become increasingly serious as a product of a market-oriented economy.Corruption cases of private enterprises such as bribery,bribery,power and money transactions eroded the economic interests of private enterprises and hindered the healthy development of the national economy.In addition to anti-corruption agencies and judicial organs to play anti-corruption functions,private enterprises themselves need and can play their anti-corruption role.The joint anti-corruption of private enterprises that has emerged in recent years is a positive exploration of private enterprises themselves against anti-corruption.Governance theory advocates the diversification of governance subjects and the negotiation and cooperation between governance entities.The voice of the international community to promote the active participation of individuals and groups outside the public sector in preventing and combating corruption is consistent with the Chinese government’s anti-corruption construction idea of building support and participation of the people,and attaches importance to the complementary functions of social organizations in the anti-corruption system.The anti-corruption construction of the era should be done.The characteristics of corruption in private enterprises and the corruption governance activities carried out by the government and enterprises show that relying solely on the power of private enterprises cannot maximize the benefits of corruption in the private sector.On the contrary,social organizations emerging in the form of anti-corruption alliances have begun to highlight the advantages of applying joint forces to combat corruption.However,due to the three aspects of the modern national governance system,the existing anti-corruption entities are relatively simple,and the private enterprises themselves are insufficiently built,the enterprise anti-corruption still faces problems such as legalization dilemma,limited development space,and lack of judicial docking procedures.In order to maximize the benefits of private enterprise alliance governance corruption,and effectively curb the spread of corruption in the private sector,thefollowing countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from both the government and social organizations.Among them,the government should repair the macro-institutional system,including strengthening the awareness of corruption in the private sector,improving the anti-corruption laws and regulations of private enterprises,and debugging the social organization registration management system.The alliance side needs to innovate internal anti-corruption mechanisms,including strengthening the ideological construction of the alliance,adding information and talent delivery channels.All people are united in one heart and fight against corruption.By coordinating multiple forces,strengthening the function of social organization governance,and achieving zero tolerance of private enterprise corruption governance,we can effectively supplement the corruption governance performance within the system and help create a credible social environment.
