Research On The Institutionalized Political Participation Of Private Entrepreneurs In China

Since reforming and opening-up,private enterprise has gradually become an important economic form in China over the past forty years.It makes apparent attribution to national economy and social governance.As an pivotal pillar of our national economy,private economy accounts for 60% of GDP,and in which private companies dominate.Its political participation also attracts the attention of government and the whole society.The first part of this paper is mainly to explain the basic theory of political participation of private enterprise owners in our country.First,it elaborates the related concepts of political participation of private enterprise owners in our country,which are unified the general theory.The private entrepreneurs of the private sector,an crucial part of our society,signify the levels of institutionalized political participation of private business owners of new era in China and guard their democratic rights so as to adapt to the needs of the times and the social development,which shows the advantages of the democratic political system in our country.The status and role of private business owners in the social and political life are reflected.In the second part,this paper elaborates the evolution process of institutionalized political participation of private enterprise owners,and investigates the present situation of its political participation.There are still many problems: to gain social privileges through outweigh political power by economic power;to influence the margins with institutionalized political participation of owners of small and medium-sized private enterprises;to hide problems in non-institutionalized political participation in the class of owners of private enterprises by charity donation.Some private entrepreneurs believe that institutionalized political participation costs a lot,insufficient motivation for institutionalized political participation of small and medium-sized private entrepreneurs,and more emphasizes rights over obligations are all the reasons.Finally,to solve the negative effect of the disorder,the third part makes suggestions according to system of political participation in the private sector of business owners and the requires of new era.It proposes that limit the political participation of the private business owners by the law.The private entrepreneurs of the private sector should orderly and fully operate in accordance with the law.The new relationship with the government and the party is the requirement of the new era.Private business owners should be more active and independent when they participate in political affairs.It is clear that the party and government must give reasonable guidance to the political participation of the private enterprise owners,adhere to the party central authority and the principle of centralized and unified leadership,stick to the principle of socialist political direction,and commit to the principle of orderly expansion.It also points out that we should promote the institutionalization,legalization and order of the political participation of the private enterprise owners,and give full play to the enthusiasm of the private enterprise owners' political participation.This paper has provided a bunch of viable approaches to regulate institutionalized political participation of private enterprise owners in China.
