Study On Comprehensive Management Of Rural Social Security In Pucheng County

In the report of the 19 th national congress of the CPC,the strategy of rural rejuvenation was put forward and effective management is one of the general requirements,and the rural social security comprehensive treatment is a part of it.Strengthen the research and exploration of rural social security comprehensive management problems,perfect countryside social security comprehensive management mechanism,which are great measures to stabilize rural society,promote the agricultural development,guarantee the farmers to live and work in peace and contentment,and promoting the development of rural under the new situation.The comprehensive governance of social security in rural areas mainly includes autonomy,rule of virtue and rule of law.By studying the influence of autonomy,rule of virtue and rule of law in rural governance on the comprehensive governance of rural social security,and combining with the current situation of rural public security in Pucheng County,the paper explores and improves the comprehensive governance system of rural social security,which is of great practical significance to the construction of safe rural areas and the promotion of social and economic development.Based on Pucheng County as an example,this paper uses literature method,comparative analytic method,system method,case method study of Pucheng County rural social security,through the social governance,social security,rural social security comprehensive governance theory,combining previous research results,around the present situation of Pucheng County rural social security comprehensive management,namely Pucheng County rural social security,letters and disposal mechanism system,rural social security comprehensive management center construction,the present situation of the rural public security prevention and control system;Analyzes its main problems,namely Pucheng County rural autonomous organizations play,construction of rule of virtue,the rule of law construction and rural social security comprehensive administration,and so on four aspects of the insufficiency,proposed improve Pucheng County rural social security comprehensive management level of countermeasures,for the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating Pucheng County countryside,the construction of safe,beautiful and pure and fresh "North Gate" of Fujian.
