Research On The Participation Willingness Of College Students In Shared Bicycle Governance In Fuzhou

Shared bicycle governance is a research hotspot in the field of public management in recent years.College students,as stakeholders of urban shared bicycle governance,are important participants in urban shared bicycle governance.However,there is a lack of participation among college students.Based on the theory of planned behavior,this paper investigates the participation willingness of college students in sharing bicycle governance in Fuzhou,explores the main factors affecting the participation willingness of College students,and preliminarily puts forward the strategy of "two-track parallel" which is based on optimizing internal conditions and focusing on improving external conditions.According to the conclusion of empirical analysis,this paper summarizes and analyses the existing problems that affect the enthusiasm of college students to participate in bicycle sharing governance.The study found that college students have a high willingness to participate in the governance of shared bicycles.However,in the process of practice,there are some problems,such as insufficient awareness of the value of participation,the need to strengthen the atmosphere of social participation in governance,the need to improve the level of participation,and the lack of a sound supporting mechanism for college students' participation.In the light of the existing problems affecting college students' willingness to participate,the paper further reflects and summarizes the deep causes of some college students' lack of willingness to participate in the management of shared cycling.It is believed that the governance pattern of shared bicycle is not clear,the social basis for participating in the management of shared bicycle is weak,and the social linkage mechanism is not perfect.Finally,around strengthening ideological and practical education,optimizing the social governance atmosphere,enhancing the participation ability and awareness of college students,improving the channels and mechanisms of social participation,specific suggestions are put forward to promote college students' active participation in sharing bicycle governance.
