Study On Local Government Administration Information Sharing Under Big Data Conditions

With the continuous innovation of Internet technology,China is entering the era of big data and providing opportunities for the modernization of the Chinese government.Under the conditions of big data,how to promote the modernization of local government governance and improve administrative efficiency;how to achieve government information sharing has become a new topic.The sharing of government information between government departments is not partial,but holistic,but it faces the dilemma of fragmentation of government information in the practice of government information sharing.Therefore,how to break the data barrier,overcome the fragmentation dilemma,and promote the sharing of government information has become the core issue of this paper.This paper uses the analytical framework of holistic governance,from the four perspectives of governance concept,organizational structure,operational mechanism and technical system,through the application of normative research,case analysis,interviews and other research methods,refining local government affairs under the conditions of big data.The interpretation framework of information sharing;using the comprehensive interpretation of historical development and real dilemma,presenting the dilemma of government information sharing,analyzing the internal development mechanism,confirming the scientific and rationality of the overall governance theory analysis framework to promote the sharing of government information;The strategy construction further pointed out that breaking the data separation between local government departments and realizing the overall governance optimization path of local government government information sharing and cooperation.Provide ideas for the development direction of local government affairs information sharing under the conditions of big data.
