Research On Optimal Path Of Information Resource Sharing Among Government Departments In The Era Of Big Data

In recent years,with the rapid development of big data technology,the importance of information resources has been recognized by the public.Information closely related to people’s lives,such as education,medical care,housing,water,electricity and gas supply,is the content of public services led by government departments.As the owner and user of such huge information,Chinese governments at all levels promote the development of information sharing to improve the efficiency of inter-departmental work.When governments at all levels master a large amount of information resources,whether these information resources can be shared and coordinated directly determines the service level of the Chinese government and the degree of modernization of national governance.This paper mainly studies the problems existing in the information resource sharing of M municipal government departments.Through field visit,questionnaire survey and other methods,this paper analyzes the current development process of information sharing work of M Municipal Government.First,it introduces the relevant theoretical resources of information resource sharing in government departments.Secondly,the present situation of information sharing among M municipal government departments is studied.The necessity and feasibility of M city development information sharing are analyzed.he paper studies the common problems in the information resource sharing of M municipal government departments,such as the lack of relevant legal guidance and suggestions,prominent contradictions in the government operation mechanism,low efficiency of interdepartmental collaboration,slow progress in the construction of sharing platform,and lack of professional talents.Finally,this paper puts forward the following suggestions to solve these problems.For example.Establish and improve rules and regulations,optimize the government information sharing mechanism,strengthen collaborative governance,build a big data collaborative platform,improve infrastructure,build a big data carrier,enhance learning,and introduce big data talents.The above suggestions will help promote the development information sharing work of M municipal government.Enhance the Government’s capacity to serve the community.Government information resource sharing itself is a system function.The problems existing in its sharing are also systemically complex.This article starts from the problem,analyzes the existing reasons,and puts forward the corresponding solution strategy.The improvement measures are put forward for the information resource sharing of M municipal government.We will promote the sharing of information resources among government departments.Realize a unified information sharing platform.We will accelerate the development of an intelligent government.
