Problems And Countermeasures In The Government Governance Of Car Sharing

With the rise of the sharing economy worldwide,China's sharing economy is in a period of rapid development.At the same time,however,the shared auto industry faces many problems.Facing the opportunities and challenges of the sharing economy era,it is imperative to deal with the management of shared cars.Achieving effective governance of shared vehicles is a key link in determining whether China's shared vehicles can achieve sustainable development,and is also the proper meaning for improving the modernization of government capabilities.Based on this,this paper uses the research methods of literature analysis and case comparison analysis to study the problems existing in China's shared vehicle governance and propose solutions to the problems from the combination of theory and practice.The problems that China's shared cars are developing at the same time are rapid.They are mainly manifested in the imperfect policies,the lack of external supervision and self-discipline supervision in the industry,and the vicious competition of shared automobile operators.Among the many causes of the problem of shared automobile governance,the lack of governance has a greater responsibility.On the one hand,the government's policy supply lags behind the development of the shared automobile industry;on the other hand,the vicious competition between the sharing automobile companies is given to the industry.The long-term development has laid a hidden danger.In the process of policy formulation and implementation,the shared automobile enterprises lack communication channels with the government.In order to better regulate the problems of shared cars,this paper attempts to use the collaborative governance model to establish a regulatory mechanism,develop a car exclusive insurance policy,formulate industry technical specifications,and strengthen the cooperation between government and enterprises.Improve,provide a model for local government governance across the country,and promote the sustainable development of China's shared cars.
