Research On Government Behavior In Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Longlin Autonomous County Of Various Minority Nationality

For more than 40 years,China has embarked on a path of socialist poverty alleviation with Chinese characteristics,precision poverty alleviation is the continuation and innovation of China's poverty alleviation work in a specific historical period.Targeted poverty alleviation is the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,thus laying a solid foundation for national rejuvenation and national stability.Ethnic areas are the disaster areas of deep poverty in China.The causes of poverty are complex and it is difficult to get rid of poverty.Longlin is a typical area which is collection of "old,minorities,border,mountain,poor,reservoir",so far has not achieved poverty alleviation.Government leading is the main feature of targeted poverty alleviation in China.However,with the deepening of poverty alleviation,the Marginal Diminishing Effect of the government in poverty alleviation becomes more and more prominent.Taking the research of government behavior as a breakthrough point,we hope to find out the shortcomings of government behavior in targeted poverty alleviation,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for local governments to optimize government behavior,and at the same time,it can also provide some reference for other ethnic poor areas.This article uses a combination of literature research,field research,and case studies,takes the government behavior of the basic level governments in targeted poverty alleviation in Longlin as the research object,using empirical research methods,through a large number of data statistics,induction and analysis,combined with the theory of "Multidimensional Poverty","participatory poverty alleviation" and the theory of government behavior,this paper analyzes the government behavior.It is found that the government behavior in Longlin is changing in poverty alleviation work,and relying solely on the government led model can not solve the local poverty problem,so a new model of poverty alleviation,which is guided by the government,participated by the market,coordinated by the society and participated by the public,needs to be constructed.
