Research On The Differences Of Government Data Opening Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region Based On G2C

In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet,both in terms of traffic and broadband network access capacity have undergone qualitative changes.The development of emerging media has brought the world into the wave of big data.With the development and application of big data,people's ability to use data is also increasing.The hidden value brought about by the data will inevitably lead to the increase of the public's demand.The traditional information disclosure scope can no longer meet the needs of the public,and the opening of government data has become an inevitable trend.Countries around the world have paid more and more attention to the opening of government data.Through data openness,public access to information resources can be established,bridges and links can be provided between government and the public,and changes in government management mode can be promoted.Our government data open platform started late and developed on the basis of e-government model,and G2 C model is the main service model of e-government.Based on the G2 C model,this paper selects Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the research object,and uses the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the differences of the current situation of government data opening in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.At the same time,the entropy method is used to comprehensively rank the three provinces of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta from the two dimensions of government data opening and user data use.Through the comparative analysis of regional ranking and indicators at all levels,it explores the differences and problems between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and other regions.Based on the current situation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei government data opening,this paper finds that there are problems of uneven development within Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,such as unbalanced development,lack of unified data opening system and lack of data sharing ability.Combined with the empirical analysis of provincial government data openness among the three major regions,it is concluded that there are still differences between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and other regions in terms of data display,acquisition conditions,data use,and interactive feedback.In view of its development status and problems,it puts forward suggestions based on several perspectives such as regional internal integration,data open platform,and user data usage.The purpose is to further promote and improve the construction of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei government data open platform,play the value of data information,and promote the improvement of government public service capacity.
