The Research Of Rural Human Settlement Governance Environment Of Yuguan Town In Qinhuangdao City

The construction of rural living environment is an important index to measure the level of rural development and an important part of the strategy of rural revitalization.The central government has issued a series of policies to strengthen the governance of rural living environment and improve the level of rural living environment.However,restricted by social and rural economic level and other conditions,the management of rural living environment by various obstacles,unable to carry out in-depth.How to improve the rural living environment more quickly and effectively has become the focus of the governments at all levels in the future.Firstly,by means of literature research,relevant literatures of domestic and foreign scholars on problems and countermeasures of rural living environment and rural living environment quality evaluation were reviewed and analyzed,and the current research situation of domestic and foreign scholars on rural living environment was illustrated.On this basis,through on-the-spot survey,interview and questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the current situation of rural living environment inYuguan town from the aspects of living environment,infrastructure construction,village health environment,ecological environment and village collective economic development,and puts forward the existing problems.The main problems in rural residential environment governance inYuguan town are as follows: the lack of planning and supervision for residential housing construction,the unsound infrastructure and public service system,the lack of awareness of environmental protection and living environment among villagers,and the lack of long-term guarantee for governance.Then it analyzes the reason of the problem.Some countermeasures are put forward,such as strengthening village planning and construction planning and supervision,increasing capital investment,strengthening the construction of infrastructure and public service system,improving villagers' cognitive ability and participation ability to the living environment,and establishing a long-term mechanism of multi-party cooperation in the management of rural living environment.
