A Study On The Willingness Of The Young Aged Talents To Participate In The Rural Construction In The Rural Revitalization Of Hebei Province

The Rural Revitalization formally proposed in the report of the 19 th national congress is a strategy that can achieve the two centenary goals of our country and a strategy that can realize the rural modernization.In the process of implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy,not only local talents,but also experienced talents from all walks of life need to be gathered to participate in the rural construction,so as to provide wisdom for the implementation and promotion of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.With the deepening of Rural Revitalization work,more and more areas have the problem of talent shortage.The government is also trying to solve this problem by training local talents and introducing foreign talents.At present,our country is rich in talent resources for young and old people,which has many advantages.Guiding them to serve the countryside is a shortcut to solve the problem of talent shortage in Rural Revitalization.According to incomplete statistics,there are more than 5 million retired talents in China at present,and 68% of them are under 70 years old.Compared with the young talents,the young and old talents in the city have strong dedication,care about the society,have the unique advantages of mature and reliable politics,rich work experience,low personnel training cost,and most of the healthy young and old talents have the desire to continue to work.Around the issue of the willingness of the urban young aged talents to participate in rural construction in Rural Revitalization of Hebei Province,this paper uses the theories of output aging,Maslow's demand theory,and social embeddedness theory to analyze the current situation of the talents in rural revitalization,and further explore the current situation of the willingness of the urban young aged talents to participate in rural construction in Rural Revitalization of Hebei Province,and through the use of logistic regression method Methods to analyze the influencing factors of the willingness of the urban young aged talents to participate in rural construction,and try to discuss the path of promoting the willingness of the urban young aged talents to participate in rural construction.Based on the investigation ofthe urban young aged talents in Hebei Province,the author finds that the majority of the urban young aged talents are willing to participate in the Rural Revitalization and serve the countryside,while the number of the urban young aged talents who are not willing to participate is a small number;and the factors that affect the willingness of the urban young aged talents to participate in the rural construction are not only the old ideas of the young aged talents themselves Family,society,policy and other factors will also affect their willingness to participate in rural construction.This paper studies the factors that affect the willingness of the urban young old talents to participate in the rural construction,which can improve their willingness to participate in the rural construction,promote the urban young old talents to join the rural talent team and expand the strength of the rural talent team;and how to improve the willingness of the urban young old talents to participate in the rural construction can improve the old age for the government The willingness of talents to participate in rural construction can provide reference for the government to encourage the elderly talents to participate in rural construction.
