With the accelerating process of population aging in China, people’s "pension difficulties" urgently need to be solved. Therefore,China has established a unified old-age insurance system for urban and rural residents, optimized the construction of social security system from the perspective of policy, and achieved the goal of "providing for the elderly".In order to establish and improve the old-age insurance system for urban and rural residents, improve the willingness of urban and rural residents to participate in old-age insurance and improve the ability of social old-age security.Taking r city of Hunan Province as an example, this paper investigates and analyzes its insurance status and the impact of various factors on the willingness of urban and rural residents to participate in endowment insurance,so as to provide an important guarantee for the healthy development of endowment insurance.Firstly,it describes the research results at home and abroad, summarizes the concepts of old-age insurance and insurance willingness of urban and rural residents, and combs the public goods theory and behavior decision-making theory;Secondly, combined with the actual situation of urban and rural residents’ insurance participation in R City,Hunan Province, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of insurance participation;Thirdly, from the aspects of individual characteristics, family characteristics, behavioral preferences and other factors,a questionnaire is designed to investigate and collect data.According to the summary of questionnaire data, through sorting, processing, summarizing, descriptive statistics and research analysis, determine the defined variables and establish the logistic regression model,so as to obtain the impact of personal characteristics, family characteristics and behavior preferences on the willingness to participate in insurance. Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, put forward corresponding suggestions.According to the analysis, education level and age have a negative impact on the willingness to participate in insurance; The annual per capita income level of families and their attitude towards insurance have a negative impact on the minimum level of insurance payment, and the number of family population has a positive impact on the minimum level of insurance payment.Time preference has a negative impact on the willingness to pay;Whether to solve the pension problem, the service efficiency and convenience of agencies have a positive impact on the minimum level of insurance payment. The level of policy understanding and policy publicity have a great negative effect on the willingness of urban and rural residents to participate in insurance payment. Therefore,we must further propose to establish and improve the incentive mechanism for urban and rural residents’ pension insurance participation and payment, enhance the standardization of system operation, provide theoretical and practical basis for government decision-making,and improve the willingness of urban and rural residents to participate in pension insurance. |
