Research On The Adaptation Of The Elderly Under The Institutional Care Model

In the face of deepening aging and surging demand for pension services,traditional family pension and community pension can not meet the needs of modern pension,so institutional pension came into being.Let the elderly separate from the traditional family and community pension and enter the institutional pension,some of the elderly who enter the pension institutions will have problems of maladjustment,which will affect the quality of life of the elderly in their later years,weaken their sense of existence and belonging in the society,making it difficult for the elderly to live a happy life in their later years.Due to the large population base of the elderly and the rapid development of aging in China,it is urgent to solve the problem of institutional pension.We need to carry out institutional pension services according to the specific situation,and analyze the situation of the elderly.This requires the intervention of professional social work,on the one hand,through the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention;on the other hand,social work involves the institutions,the elderly,the family and the society,analyzes the problems of the elderly from many aspects,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems,and then continuously improves the elderly life,solves the worries of the elderly,and makes them comfortable Realize self-worth in old age.This study takes H city public private nursing home-x Service Center for the elderly as an example,and 42 elderly people in the hospital are taken as the research service objects.Through questionnaire and interview,the author analyzes and investigates their inadaptability in institutional pension,and puts forward corresponding solutions from the perspective of professional social work.Improve the sense of happiness and belonging of the elderly in the nursing home.There are four parts in this paper.The first part is the general situation of the development of China's pension institutions.It analyzes the six aspects of the system management,infrastructure,resource allocation,service content,service personnel and service objects of China's pension institutions.The second part starts with the general situation and problems of the development of X public private pension service center,and then analyzes the situation and reasons of the old people's maladjustment by case analysis and questionnaire.The third part expounds the maladjustment of the elderly from the aspect of social work intervention in institutional care,analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the maladjustment of the elderly,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the elderly,family,institutions and society.The last part is the conclusion,which summarizes the general situation of the paper,analyzes the defects and deficiencies of this study.Through the investigation of the maladjustment of the elderly in the practice institutions,this paper analyzes and summarizes the actual situation of the elderly in the institutions.The researchers hope that the public-owned elderly nutrition institutions can first improve their own situation,and then create a good family atmosphere,and drive the society To solve the problem of the elderly's adaptation to the institutional pension,so that the elderly live a full and satisfactory life in old age,and provide some reference materials for future research on the adaptation of the elderly in institutional pension.
