| Due to the acceleration of the aging process in China,and the contradiction between the actual needs of the elderly and the actual situation of the elderly,more and more people begin to pay attention to the group of the elderly and the quality of life of the elderly.In 2015,premier LiKeqiang for the first time proposed the "Internet plus" in the elderly care industry to promote the development of smart elderly care,In March 2018,premier LiKeqiang proposed in his government work report to actively cope with the aging of the population,develop home-based,community-based and mutual-support elderly care,promote the integration of medical and nursing care,and improve the quality of nursing home services.In view of this,the central government continues to issue relevant policies to promote smart old-age care,and local policies continue to follow up and carry out smart old-age care pilot work.Due to the aging population in Anhui province is one of the most serious provinces in China,the street of Xiaoyaojin in Hefei city is the first batch of pilot units for the application of smart health care for the elderly in Anhui province.After two years of development,it is of great significance for the research on the aging population and the development of smart care for the elderly.The author through field research in Xiaoyaojin street,Hefei city,and by using the spss25.0 to distribute the questionnaire data analysis,analysis of Hefei Xiaoyao jin street wisdom pension pilot situation,as well as the analysis of Hefei Xiaoyaojin street wisdom pension pilot current existing problems,as well as to the developed areas at home and abroad,such as Taiwan and draw lessons from the successful experience of the Netherlands,Put forward the suggestion of promoting the development of wisdom pension in Hefei Xiaoyaojin street.According to the above analysis,this paper is mainly divided into seven chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly clarifies the research background and significance of intelligent endowment.On the basis of the background elaboration,it combs the domestic and foreign relevant literature in recent years,introduces some research methods used in this paper,and proposes the overall research framework of this paper.The second chapter is to expound the concept definition and theoretical basis of intelligent endowment,and then provide theoretical support for the whole article.The third chapter is to introduce thebasic situation of the pilot program of smart pension in Xiaoyaojin street of Hefei city,introduce the current situation of the elderly population in Xiaoyaojin street of Hefei city,and the development of smart pension in Xiaoyaojin street of Hefei city in the past two years.The fourth chapter is to use spss25.0 to conduct data analysis of the survey data,through the descriptive analysis of the basic contents of the questionnaire and the analysis of the influencing factors of the understanding of the knowledge of intelligent endowment,to provide data support for the problem analysis and Suggestions in the following paper.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the problems existing in the pilot of smart pension in Xiaoyaojin street of Hefei city.Through the data analysis results,the deficiencies of the pilot of smart pension in Xiaoyaojin street of Hefei city are analyzed.The sixth chapter is to introduce the practice of smart endowment at home and abroad.Through the introduction of the practice of smart endowment in Taiwan and the Netherlands,the relevant experience and enlightenment are summarized.The seventh chapter is based on the analysis of the above chapter,proposed to promote the development of Hefei street wisdom endowment. |
