Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),China h as been steadily deepening comprehensive reform,breaking the shackles on economic and social development imposed by institutional deficiencies in all aspects,and making majo r breakthroughs and outstanding achievements.Among them,as the key content of the w hole reform,the role of government functions have shifted from a service-oriented gover nment,which strengthens the public service and social management functions,to one that streamlines administration,delegates power and improves regulation and services.The tr ansformation process has also reflected the government's public management idea has cha nged from management orientation,using the public power to enforce order and social re gulation,into service orientation,providing the society and the public high-quality admini strative services.As the government administrative reform has continuously been pushed forward,the standard and quality of government services platform plays an important role in optimizin g the government public service functions and strengthening Internet plus government ser vices model.From the perspective of public satisfaction,this paper will analyze the Onedoor Model Service Center in Chancheng District,Foshan City,by conducting surveys on satisfaction level of government services and collecting the research data.Thus,the focu s will lie on the existing problems in the service platform,government system and mech anism construction.Finally,taking advantageous experiences of other regions,some sugge stions and practical measures will be put forward for further improvement of government administrative service reform.The thesis will give a brief introduction on the history,current situation and future t endency of government administrative services and the results of public satisfaction in do mestic and abroad.Combining the theoretical analysis with widely-used and most practica l satisfaction evaluation model,taking advantages of the framework and theory of ACSI,the thesis will eventually design a public evaluation model of government administrative services for One-door Model Service Center in Chancheng District,Foshan City.In this process,questionnaires based on the public satisfaction evaluation system were sent throu gh service desks of administrative service centers in Chancheng District.The public at pr esent were invited to fill in the forms.By fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,an o verall result of the public satisfaction level of the service was gave out.Judging from the questionnaires,the masses have a high beforehand expectation for administrative service centers in Chancheng District.But after practical experience of online and offline gover nment services,there is a certain gap between the specific perception and the beforehand expectation.On the basis of empirical analysis conclusion,it is known from the survey that there is still room to improve in the aspects of overall service efficiency,governmen t system and mechanism construction,staff service awareness and professional abilities.T herefore,this thesis has proposed some targeted ideas and countermeasures for the impro vement and optimization of one-door government services in Chancheng District.
