China is currently in the stage of deepening "decentralization,management and services" and optimizing the business environment.As emerging technologies such as 5G technology and cloud computing rapidly occupy the technological territory,"one-stop service" government services have become a new emerging technology for building a service-oriented government.strength.While the national "one-stop service" government service reform has achieved remarkable results,there are still a series of problems such as incomplete integration and integration of government information sharing,inconsistent online and offline coordination,and low public experience,which seriously reduces public satisfaction.Therefore,the state needs to take the initiative to solve the problems exposed at the current stage according to the real demands of the public and enterprises for government services,and clarify the core essence of building a service-oriented government.Therefore,it is necessary and feasible to conduct an in-depth study on the public satisfaction assessment of government services through "One-stop Service".By using the Cite Space scientific knowledge map,sorting out relevant literature,combining the theory of government reengineering,customer satisfaction theory and expectation inconsistency theory,this paper studies and analyzes the public satisfaction model and evaluation indicators of "one-stop service" government services,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.First,drawing on the American Customer Satisfaction Model(ACSI),a model of public satisfaction with the "One-Web-Service" government service was constructed and its evaluation questionnaire was designed.The indicators were further screened through pre-investigation,and finally a formal questionnaire was formed.Secondly,on this basis,the government service reform of "One-stop Service" in Chengdu in the past two years was used as a research sample to obtain questionnaire survey data,and the research hypothesis was further verified by structural equation model,and the correlation between latent variables was obtained.Influence paths of service satisfaction among variables.The weight of each indicator is determined by the path coefficient of each indicator,and the satisfaction measurement is carried out.It is concluded that the public satisfaction of the "One-stop Service" government service is 71.410 points,and there is a large room for improvement.According to the empirical results of this paper,combined with the theoretical basis,the importance-satisfaction analysis of each dimension is carried out according to the IPA model,and the important influencing factors of public satisfaction are identified as data sharing,cross-departmental collaboration,etc.,government image,public trust and policy recommendations.To improve the satisfaction of "one-stop service" government services,first of all,it is necessary to promote the development of the platform construction mechanism to improve the perceived quality and perceived value,improve the construction of the government affairs platform,promote information disclosure,and improve service efficiency;secondly,it is necessary to establish a service-oriented government that serves the people To improve the image of the government,improve the professionalism of the staff,and improve the relationship between the government and the public;finally,it is necessary to strengthen network security,promote the interaction between the government and the people,and increase the credibility of the government to improve public trust.
