A Study On The Influencing Factors Of Government Website Information Service Satisfaction

This paper takes the satisfaction degree on the government websites information services as the research object, from the perspective of the public, to discuss the factors that influence the satisfaction degree on the government websites information services, and then to put forward relevant improvement suggestions. Firstly, it researches on the government website information services, satisfaction degree, ACSI model (American Customer Satisfaction Index), and other theories as well as relevant literatures, combining the government website public products’characteristics, and on the basis of these, to construct the theory model which will be suitable for factors that affect the satisfaction degree on the government website information service. And it also takes Shanxi Province government website as an example, getting data through the questionnaire survey method, applying the statistics method to analyse these data, researching on the public satisfaction degree model on the government website information services, to analyse and discuss the affective factors, and to put forward suggestion on improving the public satisfaction degree on the government website information services.
