In our country, with the depth construction of service-oriented government work and the depth promotion of governance's concept of people-oriented, the government has increasingly focused on the satisfaction degree of public to provide government public service. In addition, due to public awareness of democracy and supervision have enhanced, the public is eager to hope the government can fully consider their feelings and opinions to provide the government public services. During the government's public service quality assessment, more and more experts and scholars have introduced the concept of public satisfaction. They use the public service satisfaction index to build the government public service satisfaction model. Thus to find the main factors which affect the quality of public services, so the government can provide the public services more targeted. Therefore, carrying on the government's public service model's study has important practical significance for enhancing the level of public services and building the service-oriented government.The paper uses a questionnaire survey, a combination of theoretical research and empirical research, statistical analysis and other methods to study Hongshan district's government public service satisfaction, and introduce the structural equation method to build the government's public service satisfaction degree model, use the research data to test, evaluate and correct the model, and eventually come to the conclusions and recommendations. The article mainly includes the following sections:The first part is the theoretical review. It focuses on introducing domestic and international current situation of the public service satisfaction degree, as well as the definition of government public service and public service satisfaction degree. At the same time, I will also introduce the theoretical basis of the public service satisfaction degree model.The second part is to build the government public service satisfaction degree model based on structural equation. Firstly analyze and discuss the difference of structural equation and other methods on the advantage of building satisfaction model, so as to reach conclusion that structural equation is the best method to build government public service satisfaction degree model. Secondly, thorough analyzing the influencing factors of government public service satisfaction degree to arrive six latent variables, such as perceived value, expected, the image of government, public satisfaction, the public complain, the public support. And then according the related theory and china's national conditions to set two to four observed variables for each latent variable, propose the hypotheses of the public service satisfaction degree model. Finally according to the set of latent variables, observed variables and hypotheses to build the government public service satisfaction degree model based on structural equation.The third part is to check the government public service satisfaction degree model. First of all, through questionnaires, online surveys and interviews to get the data of Hongshan district's government public service satisfaction degree, then using SPSS software to analyze the data, and using the LISREL software to test the model. Then evaluating and checking the tested model from the fit index and the hypotheses, deriving the Hongshan district's government public service satisfaction degree model, and come to the main factors affect the government's public service satisfaction and the relationship between variables. At last provide the suggestions and comments to improve the Hongshan district government's public service satisfaction degree.
