Research On Public Service Satisfaction Degree Of Local Government

In the 21st century,the social public satisfaction and how to measure gradually becomes a focus problem in the Public Management field,research on it also enters a new climax.The social public satisfaction evaluation object is usually public administrative service of government departments.With the economic development and the increase of people’s demands for material,public goods and public services,as well as more quantity and higher quality of consumption demands;With the functions of the government evolving gradually from the "universal" to"service-oriented","service-oriented government" has become the direction of the Chinese government transformation,local government functions and the shift in the direction of social management and public service.The local government’s service quality and level of enterprise,is directly related to a region’s economic and social development.Therefore,how to understand and collect the public service satisfaction,how to evaluate the public service satisfaction,how to investigation and study through the work practice to find out the gap between the supply of public and social needs,and how to efficiently promote the strategy of government public service function,and then enhance the level of public service has currently become an important topic of our country local government satisfaction research.This paper combed the domestic and foreign research status quo of the government’s satisfaction,and related theories and methods about the satisfaction research;Clear the local government public service,the concept of satisfaction and service satisfaction,and briefly introduces the satisfaction evaluation index system both at home and abroad,the appropriate analyses the similarities and differences of various index evaluation system;On this basis,combining the reality of our country,using the "satisfaction" as the top level indicators,form a complete set of "environment","services","administrative services","China merchants level" and"policy support" as a secondary indicator,"green environment","public regional health environment","road" and so on 20 index as the underlying index,constructed the article local government satisfaction index evaluation system;Articles by adopting the combination of questionnaire and interview research method has carried on the empirical study,using an industrial zone in Tianjin management production,715 companies for sample,and a random sample of Tianjin a certain industrial zone,the questionnaire survey to 200 private enterprises get relevant conclusions.The results show that the satisfaction of green environment,public security environment,administrative services,investment services and so on is good,but the satisfaction of infrastructure,policy support and so on is really a little bad.According to the results,the environment and service facilities not neat,enterprise comprehensive cost rise;Correlation between enterprises is small,no form with the size of the industry chain and industry cluster;Policy to understand difficult to implement,cannot arouse the enthusiasm of the enterprise.Combined with the empirical results,put forward to improve an industrial zone in Tianjin at the local level government satisfaction of relevant advice.
