With the development and increasing influence of the non-public economy in China,the relationship between government and business has become one of the important indicators to investigate the healthy and orderly development of regional economy.The country during the two sessions in 2016,xi jinping comrades on the committee,federation of industry and commerce member LianZuHui proposed the connotation of the new type of business relationship,and "kiss" "qing" two words to locate its characteristics,expounds the relationship between government and enterprises,at the same time the importance of building new business relations in the19 big report also have repeatedly stressed that build new business relationship has become to promote the key to the healthy development of the non-public sectors of the economy in the region.As the central city of lanzhou,chengguan district is also the core city integrating lanzhou's political,economic,scientific,cultural,transportation,trade and logistics resources.At the same time,in the face of the increasing downward pressure of the overall economy and the low enthusiasm of enterprises for investment,it is urgent for the local government to attach great importance to how to build a new type of relationship between government and business,create a first-class business environment,stimulate new drivers of economic growth,and improve the soft power environment for attracting investment and development of non-public enterprises.Therefore,how to find the influencing factors of the new political and business relations in chengguan district,and how to pay attention to them and improve them,so as to promote the rapid recovery of regional economy and sustained healthy and high-quality development,has become the focus of this paper.In this article,through combing the domestic and foreign research results,lanzhou chengguan in business relations as the research object,put forward the theoretical assumptions,take the method of questionnaire survey to collect data to carry on the empirical analysis to study on the influence factor of chengguan new business relations,and put forward improvement based on the research conclusion chengguan countermeasures and measures of the business relationship.The research content is mainly divided six parts.The first one is to propose the research object,elaborate the research background and significance,.The second part explains the connotation and characteristics of the concept of the relationship between government and business and the new type of relationship between government and business,and introduces and reviews the theory of government intervention and the theory of service-oriented government.The third part summarizes the present situation of the relationship between politics and business in chengguan district of lanzhou city.The fourth part is the design of this research,and according to the theoretical analysis framework and dimension division,from the new political and business relations from the "close" and "clean" aspects of the theoretical hypothesis and research model,design questionnaires,carry out surveys;The fifth part the use of SPSS and Amos software for exploratory analysis to verify the theoretical assumptions,through the analysis of verification,found that the influence factors of chengguan new business relations is mainly divided into pro-business government efforts,the government service level,clean government,and government transparency four dimensions,and the size of the impact strength of the service level,pro-business and transparency,honesty and degrees.The sixth part,according to the research results,puts forward the improvement measures and policy Suggestions for the new type of relationship between government and business in chengguan district from four aspects:pro-business strength,government service,government integrity and government transparency.This paper starts from the characteristics of "pro-qing" and "pro-business" relationship between the new government and business,and carries out empirical research from the four dimensions of "pro-business,service,honesty and transparency",and proposes corresponding measures and countermeasures on the basis of verifying theoretical assumptions through data analysis.The purpose of this study is to identify the influencing factors of the new type of political and business relations in chengguan district,attach importance to them and improve them,so as topromote the sustainable,healthy and high-quality development of regional economy.
