Research On The Innovative Development Of Party Construction In The New Era

Entering a new era,the great project of Party building is facing new risks and challenges.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the further development of Party building with firm determination and strong courage.Since the Eighteenth National Congress,the Party Central Committee has made new arrangements for Party building,and creatively answered the questions of what kind of party to build in the new era and how to build the Party.At the Nineteenth National Congress,Xi Jinping,based on the overall layout of the new era,deepened his understanding of Party building in the new era from a higher position.In the new era,the Party's construction not only inherits the previous theoretical achievements,but also gets continuous innovation and development in the process of practice.This paper studies the innovative development of Party building in the new era from three aspects.Firstly,the paper expounds the theoretical and practical basis of Party building in the new era.In the new era,on the basis of inheriting the advanced proletarian theory of Party building,drawing on the wisdom of the leading collectives in past dynasties,and combining with the new changes of the world,national conditions and Party conditions,the Party's construction has achieved innovative development.Secondly,the paper systematically analyses and summarizes the innovative development of the Party's construction in the light of the general layout of the Party's construction in the new era.Specific contents are as follows: incorporating political construction and discipline construction into the general layout of Party building,further enriching the content and methods of Party building;adhering to the close combination of Ideological Party building and institutional party management,realizing the linkage and integration of the two;clarifying the organizational line of the Party in the new era,providing the line basis and direction guidance for Party building in the new era;promoting the normalization of style construction;Effectiveness,to achieve a comprehensive strict governance of the Party while adhering to long-term success;promote the systematic and standardized system building,building a system of integration,scientific and rigorous system within the Party.Finally,the paper expounds the great significance of the Party's construction,innovation and development in the new era from two dimensions of theory andpractice.In theory,we should enrich and develop Marxist theory of Party building and promote the deepening of theoretical armed forces of the Party;in practice,we should provide fundamental guarantee for promoting the "Four Greats",action guides for realizing the modernization of state governance,and China's solutions to the problems of Party governance in various countries of the world.
