Study On The Existing Problems And Promotions Of Rural Grassroots Political Ecology Construction

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,under the background of overall and strict administration of the party and promoting the governance of China,The Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core attaches great importance to the construction of political ecology,and has repeatedly discussed the proposition of the era of "building a political ecology construction with a clean and positive spirit" on many occasions.The political ecology of rural grassroots is fundamental in the entire political ecosystem and plays a vital role in the political and ecological construction.The grass-roots political ecology in rural areas is a concentrated reflection of rural political life and rural political operating environment.It is a running state formed by the township party committee government,rural grassroots party organizations,village self-governing organizations,rural party members and cadres,villagers,township rules and regulations,and a series of rules and regulations,which interact under specific spatial,temporal and epochal backgrounds.The rural political ecology not only directly reflects the quality of the regional administrative power operation environment,but also closely relates to the local people's vital interests.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the requirements of the modernization of national governance system and governance capabilities require us to build the political ecology with beautiful mountains and rivers as the backing support.As an important part of rural governance,political ecology governance is basically to achieve the balance of the rural grass-roots political ecosystem as much as possible,so as to promote the well-being of the people,which is of great significance for consolidating grass-roots government and promoting the development of rural society.Some achievements have been made in the construction of rural political ecology since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,but there are still some issues that cannot be ignored.Using literature research,field investigation and other methods,this paper takes Fengxian County in Jiangsu Province as an example.It is found that the main problems existing in the construction of rural political ecology at the grassroots level are: the imbalance of power and responsibility at the grass-roots level,the poor self-government of villagers at the grass-roots level,the deviation in the orientation of grass-roots consciousness,and the ongoing micro-corruption at the grass-roots level.These problems have restricted the optimization of the grassroots political ecology.The main reasons for these problems are the inadequate rural governance system,the lack of dislocation of the main body of the construction of the political grass-roots in the rural areas,and the environmental complexity of the construction of the basic political ecology in the rural areas.It is urgent to optimize the political ecology at the village level.Based on the reasons,this paper proposes specific and concrete solutions and methods from the aspects of improving the system construction,strengthening the main body of construction,optimizing the construction environment,and improving the evaluation system of political ecology at the grass-roots level in rural areas,so as to provide intellectual support for optimizing rural grassroots political ecology..
