Research On The Operation Mode Of Organ Logistics Canteens

With the development of economy and society,the traditional closed logistics service mode can not meet the needs of the current development.As an important part of office logistics service,the canteen is an important guarantee for the daily life of office staff.Its operation and development mode directly relates to the level and quality of office logistics service,and affects the efficiency of office work to a certain extent.This paper takes L city of shandong province as an example,composes the development context of the operation mode of the back-office canteen based on relevant literatures and theoretical basis at home and abroad,and studies the specific operation mode of the back-office canteen.Based on the analysis of the present situation of the back-office canteen in L city,this paper summarizes the characteristics of different operation modes,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different operation modes,and provides reference for the operation and reform of the back-office canteen in L city.Through analysis,it is concluded that the level and efficiency of management are generally better than that of independent management in the introduction of socialized and entrepreneurial business model.Among the existing business models,the social bidding and contracting model has the highest economic benefits.The mode of socialized operation combined with regulatory subsidies has the most obvious welfare and service characteristics and the highest service quality and level.The independent operation mode of public institutions has the largest input and the lowest operating income and profit.By comparing the changes of financial input,operating performance and public satisfaction before and after the socialization reform of the canteen in the living quarter of the government,it is concluded that the socialization reform can effectively reduce financial input,significantly improve operating performance and public satisfaction.At last,we should consider the factors of policy,management,market,service target and evaluation comprehensively,and choose the mode according to different situations.In the next step of reform and development,we need to actively promote reform and innovation,adhere to the reform of socialization,and establish a scientific and standardized management mechanism.
