In a social environment where market competition is becoming more and more fierce,based on the needs of organizational survival and development,the organization hopes that employees can fully engage in work and improve work efficiency.They do not want to see employees increasingly indifferent and alienated from work and thus create a sense of alienation from work.It is even less desirable for employees to reduce the willingness to organize cooperation,that is,to organize citizenship behavior.Through the analysis of the status quo of the work of the public sector employee group and the analysis of the status quo of the organization and the in-depth discussion of the relationship between the two,it is conducive to the integration and deepening of the causes and influencing factors of organizational citizenship behavior,the sense of alienation and organization The richness and development of civic behavior research also has a partial promotion.This paper uses empirical research methods to study the impact of job alienation of public sector employees on organizational citizenship behavior.The first dimension of research is to explore the relationship between job alienation and organizational citizenship behavior.The second dimension is to select gender and academic qualifications as adjustment variables to explore the regulatory role of employee alienation and organizational citizenship behavior.The research methods of this thesis mainly include literature review method,interview method and data analysis method.Among them,the data analysis method is to use SPSS19.0 to analyze and analyze the data,including consistency test,t test and related analysis,regression analysis and so on.The innovation of this thesis lies in the fact that domestic scholars have little research on the impact of the work alienation of public sector employees on organizational citizenship behavior.This study will unify the work alienation and organizational citizenship behavior of public sector employees in China.The description can enrich domestic scholars' research on the impact of job alienation on organizational citizenship behavior.
