Research On The Smart City Management System Construction In Jinan District Of Fuzhou

As a new urban management model,smart cities have been widely practiced in many countries and regions around the world.The management construction of smart cities has effectively solved the deep problems of urban management and has a great effect on improving the service and management level of cities.In this paper,the first phase of the smart city management system project provides an efficient,convenient and rapid way of government administration for the JinAn District government,effectively promoting the innovation of the JinAn District government's public management model.However,at the same time,there are some general problems in the first phase of the smart city management system construction in JinAn District.In the first phase of the smart city management system construction of JinAn District,the top-level design of the smart city management system is not enough,and the macro-integration of the policy is lacking.Secondly,the JinAn District government has insufficient experience in the construction of smart cities,and the management system construction lags behind;The development of the city is inseparable from the support of huge public resources.The first phase of the smart city management system in JinAn District has a problem of weak integration of public resources.Finally,there are still problems such as low public participation in the management system construction of smart cities.This paper takes the first phase of smart city management system construction project as the key analysis case,and combines literature review method,questionnaire survey method,interview communication method and mathematical statistics method to construct smart city management system construction in JinAn District from two levels of theory and practice.The status and problems have been deeply analyzed,and on the basis of better absorbing the experience of smart city management system construction in the world,promote the good development of the second phase of the smart city management system construction in JinAn District,and better promote the government's construction in smart cities.The role of Finally,based on the analysis of the problem,the following policy recommendations are proposed: First,to improve the top-level design of the smart city management system construction according to public needs;Second,to introduce professional and technical personnel,fully connect and guide local enterprises to develop smart cities;Third,Integrate existing scattered resources and expand the coverage of management systems.Fourth,establish effective safeguard measures and reward and punishment mechanisms to improve the operational efficiency of smart city management system construction.Fifth,promote the decision-making of big data analysis for smart city management system construction.In general,the first phase of the smart city management system construction in JinAn District has achieved good results,but we can't ignore the related problems.It should be planned and solved in the second phase of the project.At the same time,it should be in the service-oriented government theory and new under the guidance of public management theory and smart city theory,we will solve problems step by step,give full play to social forces,comprehensively promote the smart city management system construction,realize the renewal and development of urban governance models,and improve the level of government public management and public services.
