Research On The Construction Of Smart City Management In High-tech District Of Changzhou City

With the rapid development of urbanization,urban management is faced with various pressures of development,innovation and promotion,which puts forward higher and faster new requirements for further deepening the reform of information technology and realizing the optimal allocation of resources.In the current study of smart city management,many foreign research main content is the wisdom of city as the core.Therefore,the research system of smart city has been improved.In contrast,our country mainly urban management research as the core content of wisdom,by combining wisdom city and urban management research,thus to top-down all-round construction of wisdom urban management,has been made more obvious achievements.The operation process of the smart city management system in High-tech District of Changzhou city shows that the current smart city management system construction is an effective goal to achieve urban management.By vigorously promoting the construction and reform of smart city management,the new mode of urban management can be further optimized,the new efficiency of urban management can be enhanced,and the new face of urban management can be improved,so as to promote a new look of the city.However,there are still some deficiencies in the operation of smart city management system and platform in High-tech District of Changzhou city.Therefore,this article through the analysis of the intelligent urban management system at home and abroad,and on the basis of summarizing and evaluating relevant literature,High-tech District of Changzhou city,for example,view and through literature analysis,case analysis,interview and questionnaire survey,from wisdom city,public service,public participation,the basic theory of fine management,combing the current management system,mechanism and security system of analysis of the current High-tech District of Changzhou city wisdom the main problems and reasons existing in the urban management system.According to the existing problems,countermeasures are designed for the technical support,operation mechanism,establishment and construction as well as personnel fund guarantee.
