Study On The Construction Of "Internet Plus Government Service " In Taijiang District Of Fuzhou City

With the rapid development of IT,the informatization of government service Internet has become a strategic choice for the reform of government public administration innovation in all countries.In recent years,the State Council’s guidance on actively promoting the "Internet plus" action and the guidance of the General Office of the State Council on promoting the coordinated development of e-government have made "Internet plus Government Services"(IGS)an important goal.Actively promote the construction of IGS as the important initiatives to intensify the reform of the administrative system as for build a service-oriented government,also the government’s continuous promotion of decentralization and optimization of services.Since 2018,Fuzhou has been the venue of the “Digital China Construction Summit”.It has a strong digital information atmosphere and is of great practical significance for the development of IGS in this urban area.Based on the above background,this paper takes the Taijiang District of Fuzhou as the study object,and uses public management theories to study the construction of IGS.This paper starts from the concept of ’IGS’,comprehensively analyzes the status quo of IGS construction in Taijiang District.Then it has found out that some problems such as low public satisfaction,gaps in information sharing,insufficient government service capacity,and inadequate service awareness,which are the difficulties and bottlenecks in the construction.Secondly,the author combs the experience of foreign IT-based government service construction and the theory of the practice of IGS in the domestic advanced cities,and proposes the path of IGS construction.Consequently it is concluded that the sharing of information resources is a necessary condition for the diversified governance of service-oriented government.The construction of IGS needs to be tailored to local conditions,establish relevant government processes,improve the service supervision system and evaluation mechanism,and truly services for the people.These theories can be used as a reference for the construction of local government services in IGS areas.
