Study On The Reform Strategy Of Suburban Old Houses Under The Background Of Urban And Rural Integration

With the development of economy and society,the level of urbanization in our country has been continuously improved since the founding of the People's Republic of China,but because of specific political,economic and social background,there have been a series of social imbalances,which have led to many social problems and social contradictions.After a comprehensive summary and profound reflection,the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that“Establishing the sound institutional mechanism and policy system of urban and rural integration and development”,the document of the CPC Central Committee first proposed the concept of“urban and rural integration and development”.Based on the background of integration of urban and rural areas,this paper studies the strategies of the transformation of suburban old housing areas.Taking the transformation of the old house area of Gushan Town in the suburbs of Fuzhou as an example,by using literature research,empirical interview,case study,inductive analysis and other methods,from the three angles of the executor and the executed person as well as the interactive process between the two,it is analyzed that the main problems hindering the transformation of the old house area in the suburbs are the lack of cooperation of minority groups,the slow promotion of government work and the frequent occurrence of direct contradictions between the government and the masses.The main reasons are that the masses are considered by subjective and objective factors,the government is not prepared for work,and the government ability to deal with contradictions needs to be improved.In view of the above problems and their causes,from three aspects of deepening the preliminary preparation,improving work ability and standardizing the working procedures,some feasible suggestions on the reconstruction strategy of suburban old housing areas under the background of urban-rural integration are put forward.This paper puts forward some suggestions with practical guidance and popularizing significance on the reconstruction strategy of suburban old housing areas under the background of urban and rural integration,it enriches the theoretical research of urban and rural integration,and also has momentous reference value and theoretical significance for the follow-up development of the reconstruction of suburban old housing areas.
