Research On Cooperative Joint Governance In Urban "Old Housing Area" Renovation

Since the reform and opening up,the continuous development of China’s socialist market economy,the adjustment of social structure and the acceleration of the new urbanization process,the state has turned its attention to the transformation of the "old housing area" with high social attention and continuously increased the "old housing area ".The strength of the transformation is obvious in the short term.However,its model relies on a single government-led,large-scale and inefficient investment,and the disadvantages of intensifying the conflict of interest between the government and other entities are increasingly manifested.While undermining the credibility of the government,the effective development of public affairs and the sustainability of the city.The adverse impact of development has gradually limited the progress and intensity of the renovation of “old housing area”,which cannot meet the needs of the masses to improve living conditions and hinder the renewal and development of the city.The transformation of Fuzhou Cangshan District "Old House area" as a case study is typical and exemplary,which has profound reference significance for the exploration of the mode of "Old House area" transformation in other regions.This paper selects Fuzhou Cangshan District "Old House area" transformation as the research object,with the help of the literature research method,the field investigation method,the case study method and so on research method,from the city "old house area" transformation in the cooperative co-governance theory analysis,combines the investigation data to describe Fuzhou Cangshan District "Old House Area" transformation present situation and the transformation characteristic,To explore the possibility of co-governance,from the analysis of China’s urban "old housing area" in the transformation of the dilemma of co-governance and the reasons for the predicament.Based on this,combined with the actual situation of the transformation of the urban "old house area" in China,this paper puts forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions around the four subjects related to the transformation of the "Old house area",such as the Government,social organizations,residents,enterprises and developers,in order to provide valuable reference for the Research on Cooperative Joint Governance in Urban “Old Housing Area”Renovation.
