Research On The Thought Of The Integration Of Urban And Rural Areas Of The Communist Party Of China And Its Practice Path In The New Era

China's urban-rural dual social structure has a long history,and become gradually solidified with a series of institutional mechanisms which take the household registration system as the core.The development pattern with administrating of city-countryside separately has led to a widening gap between urban and rural areas,and the level of urban and rural residents' income,infrastructure development,public services,social security system,education,culture and social economy show the phenomenon of unbalanced development,which seriously hinder building well-off society and great modern socialist country.To break the urban-rural dual social system,the thought of urban-rural development integration must be set up to realize the integration of urban and rural development.The academic circle has been continuously studying the CPC's urban-rural integration thought and urban-rural integration development thought.In this paper,the Communist Party of China's thought of urban-rural integration is organized and explored in the new era with the study of existing academic perspectives and the latest strategic deployment of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.During the study,based on the study of the origin of dealing with the relationship between urban and rural areas,the urban and rural development strategy of the Communist Party of China and a series of related policies,using normative research method,historical research method,literature research method,comparative analysis method and other methods,this paper summarizes the CPC's thought of urban-rural development integration and urban-rural integration,and explore and analyze the focus of development strategies,development outcomes and lessons learned for urban and rural areas at different stages to clarify the thinking for improving integrated urban and rural development.Firstly,It is analyzed the historical background of the urban-rural dual divide-and-rule social structure that the root of the divisive development in urban and rural areas are institutional bias and the strategic layout—promoting industry by agriculture and raising city by country,which illustrates the necessity and practical significance of the CPC's thinking of urban-rural integrated development and integration development.Secondly,the paper expound the proposition and formation of the urban-rural integration thought of the Communist Party of China since the new century and new era.It includes the strategic plan of construction of the new socialist countryside and the integration of urban and rural development,as well as development strategy of urban-rural integration proposed since the Nineteenth National Congress.Through understanding the conceptual preaches of urban and rural development of the Communist Party of China,expounds that the thought of integration of urban and rural development is moving with the times and constantly enriching and developing with Chinese characteristics.Thirdly,One of the ways to realize the development pattern of urban-rural integration is to adhere to the new urbanization road.Attaching importance to the role of new urbanization in promoting the integration of urban and rural development,China's urban and rural development integration thought must be combined with the new urbanization,giving full play to the role of urban driving,while focusing on the construction of large and medium-sized cities,towns,villages and towns integrated development of the new pattern.Another important way to realize the integration of urban and rural development pattern is to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,which is a strategic upgrade of the new socialist countryside thought.It is a realistic path to realize the integration of urban and rural development in the new era.Finally,It is an important guiding ideology and path to promote the development of urban-rural integration in the new era.It is also a guide to overcome the main social contradictions in the new era,to solve the current unbalanced development between urban and rural areas,and to promote the development of urban-rural integration.At the same time,it is also a rich development of Marx's urban and rural thoughts.
