Study On The Construction Of Intelligent Community In Haigang District Of Qinhuangdao City

With the rapid development of science and technology,economic globalization and information dissemination globalization,housing and community are no longer limited to basic functions,and its intellectualization comes into being with the changes of the times and human needs.Intelligent community can not only give full play to the advantages of information technology,smooth communication channels,meet the daily and diversified community service needs of residents,but also reduce government administrative costs,reduce the burden of community governance,and create a safe,convenient and harmonious community environment.In recent years,China has been exploring the construction of smart communities.The construction and development of smart communities conform to the requirements of the times and have become an important way to realize the modernization of community governance.The purpose of this study is to dig deeply into the problems existing in the intelligent community of Qinhuangdao Harbour Area,and put forward relevant policy suggestions based on the domestic and foreign experience of the construction of the intelligent community,to optimize the public service governance of the intelligent community in the harbour area,and to promote the process of the construction of the intelligent community of Qinhuangdao rapidly.This paper chooses the community of Qinhuangdao Harbour Area as the research object.Firstly,starting from the background and significance of the construction of the intelligent community,and on the basis of sorting out the relevant research of domestic and foreign scholars on the construction of the urban intelligent community,it points out the deficiencies in the current research,and from the relevant concepts,the characteristics and operation mode of the intelligent community,the theoretical basis.Three aspects lay the basic theoretical framework of this study.Secondly,from three aspects of platform construction,government administration and resource integration,this paper makes a thorough analysis of the current situation of Intelligent Community Construction in Qinhuangdao Harbour Area,sums up the problems existing in the construction of Intelligent Community in Qinhuangdao Harbour Area,including imperfect safeguard mechanism,indistinct co-construction,and weak sense of autonomy,and summarizes the reasons for the problems.The policy is more general,the joint force is more lax,the concept is more traditional.Thirdly,the characteristics of smart communities in the United States,Japan,Shanghai,Ningbo and other countries are systematically sorted out,and the experience of building smart communities is summarized,such as putting people first,emphasizing information intelligence and diversification of construction subjects.Finally,on the basis of drawing lessons from the relevant experience of domestic and foreign urban intelligent community construction,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of Intelligent Community in Qinhuangdao Harbour Area from three aspects: establishing and improving the intelligent community security system,cohesing the joint efforts of construction and winning the support of residents.It is hoped that this study will be helpful to the construction of Intelligent Community in Qinhuangdao Harbour Area,and provide a reference for the construction of Urban Intelligent Community in Hebei Province and even the whole country,and provide a scientific reference for the construction of Intelligent Community in Hebei Province and even the whole country.
