Investigation And Research On The Effect Of Community Intelligent Governance In Xindu District Of Chengdu

The grassroots level is the foundation of national governance.The quality of rural grass-roots management is directly related to the realization of a country’s governance system and capacity.In the context of the new champions league pneumonia outbreak of nearly two years,modern management system for intelligent digital information of China’s growing demand,along with the modern technology such as Internet,big data applications in grassroots governance,the governance means more intelligent and efficient compared with the traditional advantage gradually appeared,intelligent management system of urban and rural grassroots wisdom was perfected continuously.In order to better cope with the challenges of high speed change the era of big background,the district also keep up with the urban development planning of Chengdu in recent years,constantly strive to improve the system of community governance infrastructure at the grass-roots level,the construction of short board,continuously promoting the intelligence community governance,landing in the infrastructure construction,system perfect,to foster talent team achieved positive results.However,the problems faced in the process of community governance should not be underestimated.For example,the goal of community governance is inconsistent;Lack of integration of digital resources makes residents’ participation channels not smooth;Lack of internal drive to create the governance body of smart community.All these problems have affected the construction process of Xindu District community and are not conducive to the improvement of community governance efficiency,so it is urgent to give targeted solutions.In this thesis,through literature review method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and so on the many kinds of research way in xindu district of chengdu community governance as a research subject discussed,together with the present situation of district intelligent community construction,through the investigation and study to get some actual data analysis,analysis of the effect of community governance wisdom,find out the potential problems,put forward countermeasures and Suggestions,To create a new pattern of community governance in the future.In terms of research content,this thesis always focuses on the community governance in Xindu District of Chengdu as the practice orientation and combines the theoretical basis for research.At the level of theoretical research,this paper first points out the research background and significance,presents the research trends at home and abroad,explains the key concepts and theoretical basis,puts forward the basic methods and ideas of this research,and puts forward the innovation and deficiency of this thesis.Secondly,it expounds the research ideas of the survey design in this thesis,including the basic situation,the purpose of the survey,the hypothesis of the survey,the method of the survey,the object of the survey,and the questionnaire design.At the level of practical research,this thesis analyzes the problems and causes of related problems in smart governance construction at the current stage through the basic information,survey implementation,questionnaire analysis,interview analysis and data summary of smart community governance construction in Xindu District of Chengdu.Based on the above problems and reasons,this thesis provides targeted optimization suggestions and research conclusions for the construction of smart governance in Xindu District of Chengdu.
