Research On The Construction And Governance Of Smart Communities

Aristotle once in his classical book politics said,human "to live to the city together,for live better to stay in the city".Since IBM proposed "Smart city" concept in 2008,with the constant change of the social progress and the rapid development of the city,and further application as well as the global Internet and a new generation of information technology,the construction of smart city and intelligent community seems to have become an irreversible trend of the times.Intelligent community is a continuation and extension of the concept of smart city,as the most important part of the wisdom of urban construction.The information system of community property services,convenience services,government,healthcare,communication,communication and other needs of the effective integration in an intelligent,based on the advanced information technology,through to community residents to provide more convenient and comfortable,efficient and safe living environment,to realize the networking and intelligent of people's daily life and service.The intelligence community is a new type of management mode based on the large-scale intelligent information processing.It is a kind of community form with high level of intelligence and humanization.LongCheng Subdistrict of ShenZhen LongGang district as a case study was selected in this paper.Smart city construction in LongCheng Subdistrict was launched at 2013,and open the pilot work of the intelligence community construction subsequently.Through the comprehensive exploitation and utilization of social information resource,using the information of the wireless network,intelligent terminal,Internet of things and the introduction of advanced technologies such as “YueJiaYuan” platform of intelligence community,to advance the social grassroots governance and community service intelligence gradually.Intelligence community brings a lot of change to local resident and the effect of social grassroots governance is obvious,but we still need to notice some realistic problem such as subject,channel,mode,funds and the local culture and humanity.There has a close relationship between the intelligence community construction and the local humanities,geography,urban culture,population quality,clean and honest government,autonomy ability of local residents,which is not a simple upgrade of traditional community but a new concept of development,but include a series of problems such as infrastructure,technology platform,humanities,law and information security.Intelligence community construction is not completed at once time,it relies on a lot of promotion together from infrastructure,technology innovation,quality of residents,government concept,economic development and the humanistic culture.The innovation of this paper that the topic of intelligence community still fresh,because the community development research articles under the background of the intelligence community are still less currently.The author will strive to combined own work,to records the trues and reflects,analyses and studies the construction process of the intelligence community and social administer according to the actual conditions in LongCheng Subdistrict of ShenZhen LongGang District.
