Study On Shan Ganning District's Political Construction In Political Trust Perspective

Political Construction has long been an important part of Chinese modernization.During the War of Resistance Against Japan,the Communist Party of China(CPC)'s political construction of the people's government in the Shan ganning district laid a solid foundation for the masses and played a good exemplary role in the construction of democratic politics during the Yanan period.Throughout history,Periods of Anti-Japanese War is also the crucial period for the CPC's political construction.Therefore,it is of great value and significance to sum up the precious experience of political construction in this period.In the context of political trust,this article takes the political construction of the Shan ganning district as the research object and applies the theory of political trust to explore the theory and practice of political construction in the Shan ganning district.By summing up historical experiences and contacting with the reality of political construction,this article explores the current revelation for the political construction in the Shan ganning district under the perspective of political trust and provides new theoretical support for the political development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This article is divided into four parts.The first part summarizes the basic theories of political trust and political construction.This article first elaborates the basic theory of political trust,including the connotation,particularity and hierarchy of political trust.Second,the article elaborates the relationship between political trust and political construction,clarifying the relationship between the subject and the object,the source and the impetus between the two.Finally,the article describes the contents of political construction in the context of political trust,which provides the theoretical basis for the following analysis of the political construction in the border areas of Shanxi,Gansu and Ningxia.The second part expounds the main theories and practices of political construction in the Shan ganning district.This article summarizes five aspects of political construction in the Shan ganning district,including the construction of the party's local governance,the construction of the party's self-government,the establishment of the political power system,the construction of the rule of law and political participation.From the theoretical andpractical aspects of political construction,expounding the historical facts of the political construction of the CPC in the Shan ganning district during the Anti-Japanese War.The third part systematically analyzes the reasons for the success of political construction in the Shan ganning district from the perspective of political trust.Combining the historical facts about the political construction in the border areas,it analyzes the political parties in the border regions,the policy system and practice(internal)and the political pressures(external)both at home and abroad.This part analyzes the reasons of the political trust in the Shan ganning district in light of the political construction above.The analysis of the causes of this section lays the foundation for the following explanation of the contemporary enlightenment.The fourth part elaborates the contemporary enlightenment of the political construction in the Shan ganning district from the perspective of political trust.Mainly from the perspective of the dialectical relationship between political trust and political construction,this article analyzes the contemporary enlightenment brought by the successful experiences of the Shan ganning district in light of the current political construction.The construction of democratic politics leads to the formation of political trust,the political trust promotes the development of political construction,and the historical experience of the formation of a sound political system in the Border Region can provide advice on the current political construction in China from the perspective of political trust.
