Study On The Construction Of Good-neighborly Relations In Floating Population Community

In H community inhabited by floating population,due to the complex personnel structure and frequent population flow,its residents lack interaction and exchanges,and have a low awareness and sense of belonging to the community.In 2008,H community began to reconstruct the old city,and the "community disintegration" brought by the urban renewal caused the collapse of the old social support system based on Geo-relationship,which further intensified the neighborhood relationship to alienation.The residents gathered together after the "community reorganization" are also difficult to integrate into a community or actively participate in the affairs of the community,because of their different cultural customs and lifestyles.How to close the neighborhood relationship and pool the community strength has become an important issue in the development of H community.Under the background of The Times when the party and the country call for innovation in social governance and construction of harmonious society,community building has become popular rapidly because it has taken a new "bottom-up" road in mobilizing residents,cultivating capital and realizing sustainable development of the community.At the same time,social work,with its unique professional advantages,is becoming the backbone of community building.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to appropriately combine the concept of community building with the method of social work,and make joint efforts to improve the neighborhood relationship of H community.By the in-depth community investigation,this paper finds that the problem of indifferent neighborhood relationship in the community of floating population is more serious than that in the ordinary urban community,which is manifested by the defensive psychology,low interaction frequency and less mutual help among the neighbors.This is mainly due to the strong population mobility and heterogeneity in the community of floating population.People tend to focus on their work and live a fast-paced life.The community lacks the communication platform and so on.In order to meet the needs of community residents to strengthen communication and increase interaction,H community planned and implemented three community building activities,centering on the goals of platform construction,identity formation and helping others to help themselves,with Hakka food culture as the entry point.During the activities,residents build closer ties with their neighbors.After evaluating and reflecting on this series of activities,the author puts forward some suggestions on the construction of good-neighborly relations for social workers,aiming at the difficulties and shortcomings,the harvest and experience of the intervention process.First,accurate positioning,looking for the entry point;Second,build a platform to enhance neighborhood interaction and exchanges;Third,cultural shaping,cohesion community consciousness and promote community identity;Fourth,cultivate organization,promote the community capital and participation;Fifth,make multiple efforts to foster good-neighborly relations among the four groups.
