Mutual Assistance And Building The Urban And Rural Social Life Community

From the beginning of the 1990s,China's urbanization process has been accelerated.With the economic development and social transformation,there are more and more rural migrant workers.It not only increased farmers' income,but also brought new life idea to the vast rural areas.But on the other hand,a large number of young people have been lost,leaving behind the elderly and children,resulting in a large amount of unused farmland.In urban communities,because of the social transformation,the development of commercial housing area and traffic communication,people's life rhythm is speeding up,the close neighbor relations between traditional society is destroyed,the management of urban community public spaceis is more and more complicated.Both kinds of problems are the focus of domestic scholars.The 17th congress of the CPC pointed out that:"Expanding the scope of the grass-roots autonomy,improve the system of democratic management,constructing the urban and rural community become an orderly,well-served and peaceful social life community."This article attempts to from the theoretical perspective of community,explore how to recover and expand residents to participate in community governance,to establish a social life community of urban and rural communities.And then,integrating the resources to solve the problem of rural idle land and public space governance in urban communities,ultimately promote the pace of autonomy for residents.This article is divided into six parts.The first chapter is introduction,mainly introduce the selected topic origin,research significance,research methods and ideas and has carried on the literature review from the theoretical perspective of neighborhood and community.The second chapter combines the actual situation of D village to illustrate the problem of the governance of cultivated land in rural communities.In the third chapter,the problem of public space governance in the urban community is illustrated by the problem of public green space governance in the Z community.The fourth chapter elaborate the cultivation process of the urban and rural social life community--"the farmer has the sweet and the field" and how it solve the difficulties in governance of Z and D community at the same time.The fifth chapter combines "the farmer has the sweet and the field" case to analyze the governance value of the urban and rural community.The sixth chapter puts forward strategies of how to foster a community of urban and rural communities:first,fully listen to the views of the residents and play the role of the leaders of the community.Second,we should explore the common interests of the community in practice.Third,introduce specialized technology to help democratic participation;Fourth,we will promote "integration exchanges" and lubricate neighborhood relations.The innovation of this article is that past studies of "neighbourhood relations","neighborhood mutual" and "community" is all about dividing rural communities and urban communities.But in this paper,combined with successful cases,we analyze how to integrate urban community and rural community resources,explore common interests and establish a community project.Finally,to solve the two types of community governance problems at the same time.It provides new ideas for the theory of the community and the development new ideas of urban and rural development in practice.
