Research On Government Function In The Development Of Secondary Vocational Education In Bayannur

Vocational education is an important approach to promote economic and social development.It also can boost employment.With China's industrial structure keeps upgrading and the quick adjustment of the economic structure,the need of the technical personnel is more and more urgent and the vital status and influence of vocational education highlight.Because of the National implementation plan for the reform of vocational education was introduced In February 2019,the status of vocational education was more important.The vocational education is being taken increasingly seriously as an important education type which is most closely related to economic development.In the development system of vocational education,secondary vocational education plays a fundamental role,but Bayannur's secondary vocational education faces many problems,such as the low social recognition,the disconnection between the professional chain and the industrial chain,the shortage of double-qualified teachers,a lack of deep cooperation between school and the enterprise.It would be impractical to rely on the society and market mechanism to solves these problems.The government should play a leading role to guarantee the rapid development of social economy of Bayannur.This paper takes Bayannur as an example and try to analyze the active promotion of govern the development of Bayannur's secondary vocational education,such as the lackage of propaganda,the lackage of relevant policy,the unfulfillment of the public service,overall plans,evaluation and supervision with the metment function for the secondary vocational education.Many problems were found in hods of literature research,and investigation analysis.Bayannur's government should perfect the relevant policies,build innovative mechanis,enhance the overall plans and propaganda throughdrawing on the experience of advanced cities at home and abroad.All these measures will create a good atmosphere for the development of secondary vocational education and promote the harmonious development between the Bayannur's secondary vocational education and the social economy in the multieconomic system which is full of distinctive economy of Bayannur.
