In the 1950 s and 1960 s,household contract production was implemented in the rural areas of China three times,but the policy failed due to the impact of left leaning political views.After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,a great policy adjustment has been made to rural land management system,and then the family contract responsibility system was implemented throughout the whole country.The implementation of this system has strongly promoted the economic development of rural areas in China,also has liberated productivity and raised farmers and herders living standard.The former's research on the household contract responsibility system mainly studied the implementation,influence of the system and its improvement in mainland of China,few research among them related to the system in rural areas of Inner Mongolia autonomous region.Therefore,the research on the household contract responsibility system in Inner Mongolia has a great value in theory and significant meaning.This paper conducted a systematic study of the household contract responsibility system in Doorsoo village of Khorchin Left-Flank Rear banner,by using the relevant archival documents and field investigation data.Firstly,it briefly discussed the historical evolution process of the household contract responsibility system.Secondly,taking Doorsoo village as an example,this paper expounded the concrete situation and process of implementing the household contract responsibility system in this village,Finally,it analyzed the effect of the household contract responsibility system,also pointed out some problems that need to be solved.
